Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations for the electric commercial vehicle business, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s financial regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Provide financial insights to support the business in securing funding and managing cash flow for new energy vehicle projects.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales and operations, to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or relevant professional qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of finance experience, with a focus on the automotive or new energy industry being an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s financial regulations, tax policies, and accounting standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and handle complex financial challenges.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving profitability and cost management.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
