Overview:
The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Business Intelligence will drive data-driven decision-making through the analysis of commercial data and market intelligence. This role will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing strategies, and providing actionable insights to maximize business performance and growth across Rxilient's markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Data Analysis: Conduct analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to support strategic decision-making.
- Business Intelligence Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance KPIs, market share, and customer insights, supporting the P&L holder.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and evolving trends.
- Forecast Modelling: Develop and refine forecast models to predict sales trends, market demand, and product performance.
- Omni-channel Marketing & Content Factory: Utilize experience in omni-channel marketing and content factory operations to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Performance Metrics: Provide analytical support in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align data insights with business goals.
- Insight Presentation: Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership, influencing decisions across multiple regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, sales processes, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with commercial analytics across different markets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other commercial tools used in the pharma industry.
- Proven track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.
