Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Part-Time Business Development Associate to
join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and
nurturing relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
business growth and a keen interest in the accounting and corporate services industry.
This is a part-time, flexible role, ideal for someone looking to contribute to the success
of a boutique firm while balancing other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts
- Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies to increase client acquisition
- Participate in meetings and presentations with prospective clients to explain the firm’s services
- Work closely with the management team to align business development efforts with company goals
- Conduct industry analysis, product research, and competitor assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and event participation
- Prepare business development reports and track progress towards sales goals
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for growing business opportunities
- Familiarity with the accounting or corporate services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
