Facilities Maintenance officer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
  • Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground
  • Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness
  • Manage customer complaints in professional manner
  • Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct training for staff on safety practices and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Good Interpersonal, communication and strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • 6 days’ work week and required to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
