This role is for interzum jakarta and International Hardware Fair Indonesia.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and execute creative event marketing strategies.
- Assist in content creation for promotional materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and digital or print materials.
- Take the lead in updating websites with the latest information and promotional content.
- Support the production of promotional videos, newsletters, and blogs for event promotion.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
- Manage partnerships with media outlets and third-party marketing vendors.
- Work closely with the Indonesian team to ensure local relevance in marketing strategies and content.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for targeted audience outreach and engagement.
- Support sales team in lead generation for assigned shows which includes creating and maintaining a list/database via sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Cloud, CRM, Excel, etc.).
- Provide general customer support for exhibitors via email, telephone, or social media.
- Ensure timely dissemination to all relevant stakeholders of all project management documentation and administration.
- Provide end-to-end exhibition management; actively troubleshoot any arising concerns pre-event and on-site for exhibitor support.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High proficiency in MS Office and Canva, with basic experience in Mailchimp, Salesforce, ChatGPT, and basic skills in video editing and Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to deliver results independently is required.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with regional partners, especially the Indonesian team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Positive attitude and interest in the exhibition industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overseas travelling as needed.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning or related fields.
This role reports to the Marketing Manager.
