Job Summary:

As an F&B Executive at White Knight Group, you will ensure exceptional service and smooth operation of our outlets. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards. Optional dual-function roles are available for those interested in additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    • Manage outlet costs, handle HQ requirements, and support the Operations Manager.
    • Oversee recruitment and development of operational staff.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Greet customers, handle queries, and upsell food and beverages.
    • Take orders, process payments, and manage transactions via POS.
  3. Food & Beverage Preparation:
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages.
    • Maintain and replenish food ingredients and condiments.
  4. Maintenance & Cleaning:
    • Clear tables, handle washing duties, and clean work areas.
    • Perform opening and closing tasks, including POS closure and waste disposal.
  5. Stock Management:
    • Assist with stock taking and check food supplies upon delivery.
  6. Training & Development:
    • Train and audit staff, manage schedules, and plan external training.
  7. Optional Dual-Function Roles (Choose As Applicable):
    • Marketing: Promote the brand and drive engagement.
    • Business Development: Explore growth opportunities.
    • Communication: Develop and implement strategies.
    • Finance & Accounts: Assist with budgeting and financial tasks.
    • Operations: Handle additional operational responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate are most welcome
  • Minimum qualification level: Nitec/Diploma
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in training and managing staff.
