Job Scope:
- Assist the NP Discipline Management Team in carrying out enforcement duties on campus for Student Code of Conducts, Campus Rules & Regulations and Singapore Laws
- Patrol and ensure adherence to no smoking, possession of tobacco regulations (for underage student), no vaping and any other disciplinary requirement on campus
- Obtain evidences, record particulars and provide incident statements to establish facts and circumstances for any non-compliances
- Respond and report any incidences of misconduct, disturbance, defiance, illegal activity and non-compliance of instruction on campus
- Respond and report any incidences of person(s) who are injured or in distress and, if required, attend to the affected person until arrival of assistance
- Attend to requests/questions and redirect them to the appropriate department(s) if necessary. Perform other disciplinary related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management
- Assist in collating non-compliance and feedback to Management for further action
- Support the management in any logistical requirement when required
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English language
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to interact and manage offenders
- Able to walk extensively while working independently and as a team when required
- No experience is required as training will be provided
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays - 9.00am to 6.00 pm
Fridays - 8.30am to 5.30pm
No duty on weekend or public holiday
