- Plan and accomplish teaching tasks by following school’s requirements.
- Prepare learning materials to ensure effectiveness of class management.
- Assign homework, correction, grading tests and complete other paper works according to school’s requirements.
- Monitor and communicate student's learning progression with parents regularly.
- Evaluate students' performance to provide positive enhancement to their learning.
- Update teaching and learning materials including short term training and learning materials according to latest MOE syllabus.
- Attend school staff weekly and yearly meetings.
- Perform any ad hoc basis duties as assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to learn and possess good working attitude.
- Dedicated and passionate with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum possess Diploma in Chinese Language Teaching, Chinese Studies or any related field from a recognized college or university.
- Possess previous working experiences in an education centre or MOE school are advantageous.
- Able to commit for both weekends.
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Candidates that can start immediately or start within short notice would be advantageous.
