Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Business & Technology Integration team. In this role, you will analyze organizational processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in the Korean language is essential due to the nature of the project, where communication with certain teams and stakeholders in Korean will be required to deliver technical solutions and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze organizational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying customer requirements and defining future state solutions.
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Utilize proficiency in Business Process Design and Requirements Analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Leverage skills in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and solving complex problems.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Korean (language) for professional and technical communication purposes due to the nature of the project. As there will be Documents in Korean and also may have to communicate with Key Stakeholders in Korean as well.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Design and Requirements Analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough business process analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Business Process Analysis Tools.
- Familiarity with Business Model Strategy and implementation.
