Description
Fundraising and related community engagement activities
- Support Fundraising Manager in all fundraising activities and community outreach projects
- Assist in identifying, developing and implementing innovative fundraising and community outreach activities, including leveraging on technology where possible, to improve fundraising activities
- Provide support for collaborative fundraising with external stakeholders / partners
- Support in all administration and operations of fundraising and related campaigns
- Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities
Corporate Communication functions in relation to Fundraising and ARC(S) projects
- Assist in managing social media content for ARC/Pathlight websites and Facebook for relevance, quality, timelines and continuous improvement
- Support media relations and press release activities for ARC(S) in conjunction with fundraising related campaigns and ARC(S) projects
- Assist in developing contents for fundraising publicity and campaigns
- Support the leadership team with crafting speeches, preparing presentations, drafting articles, arranging interviews, and maintaining other forms of external contact
- Ensure general enquiries are attended to by relevant programme leaders
- Assist in managing development of appropriate engagement channels including writing and production of annual reports and quarterly E-newsletters in a timely manner
- Support ARC(S) team in any special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Communications/Marketing Communications or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, editorial and/or story telling preferred
- Possess strong command of English (both spoken and written)Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment with people of various management levels
- Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges
