☑ Transport at Lakeside MRT (Pick up 7.15 am)
☑ MUST be familiar with Oracle
- Ownership of allocated Inside Sales work by customer account.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Generating quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customers required specifications, drawings and any related documentation are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
- Manage all delivery and pricing against customer purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipment.
- Work with outdoor sales to achieve objectives.
- Generate M3 report for data accuracy.
- Responsible for and directly involved with assigned customers.
- Monitor delivery and expediting when needed.
- Collaborate purchase orders to suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery by suppliers.
- Handle customer returns and issues from suppliers.
- Co-ordinate shipment from/to customers & suppliers.
- Following up customer overdue payment.
- Suggest improvements to increase efficiency of Inside Sales dept.
- Any tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Education and/or Experience
· Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
· Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of Inside Sales activities.
· Knowledge of ERP /Oracle system such as order processing, issuance of PO.
· External audit experience and/or demonstrate strong working knowledge with internal controls preferred.
