Job Description
As a Project Service Manager, you will organize service plans, manage incidents, and support escalations to team members. You will also help generate newsletters and provide content to assist marketing efforts and enhance brand presence. Additionally, you will coordinate service and maintenance incident management and oversee third-party service vendors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write and edit relevant service and product content published on e-commerce websites/portals.
- Sound knowledge in servicing IT infrastructure applicable to F&B, and retail stores environment.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned projects and relevant product and service categories
- Best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledgeable of cloud micro-services, applications and integrations.
- Givex, Infrasys and Oracle POS hardware and software integration familarities will have advantages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Some good ERP, CRM, and project management exposure is preferred. Preferrable SAP, Odoo familiarity.
- Master/BSC degree in business or marketing-related field.
