Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the reinforcement of workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives.
• Developing, enforcing, and implementing policies that prevent accidents from occurring.
• Create, evaluate, and implement health and safety programs and strategies.
• Responsible for the enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Responsible for ensuring strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment
requirements at sites and required premises.
• Required to assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings,and
execution of safety programmes.
• Reduce workplace risk, enhance and improve workplace safety.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1. Possess minimum WSH ‘Level B’ or Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in WSH in Construction industry
3. Candidates who possess certificate in Lifting, Scaffolding, Confined Space Assessor will be preferred
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
