Job Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities for tailored manpower solutions via a contract-for-service model.
- Create awareness and promote feasible manpower solutions to new clients.
- Evaluate clients’ needs and tailor manpower solution packages to meet their requirements.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and actively listen to their needs and concerns.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other channels.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to close deals, maximizing profit.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve better results.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit In-Principle Approval (IPA) applications for migrant workers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Coordinate and manage security bond arrangements for migrant workers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Schedule and organize mandatory courses (e.g., Advanced Workplace Safety and Health) for migrant workers, ensuring completion before work pass issuance.
- Facilitate medical examinations for migrant workers, ensuring all health requirements are met.
- Arrange fingerprint appointments at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Work Pass Division.
- Oversee the work pass application process, ensuring accurate documentation from application to issuance.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
- Act as a liaison between migrant workers, the company, and relevant governmental departments for effective communication.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in a sales capacity or relevant role, with at least 3 years of experience in the Construction and Process sectors in Singapore preferred.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience in a recruitment or HR environment, with a focus on work pass management preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MOM work pass procedures and requirements is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Positive working attitude, target-driven, and a team player.
