We are dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for various waste streams, including industrial waste, batteries, and hazardous materials. Our mission is to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility through innovative recycling practices and effective waste management.
We are looking for an Operations Manager (Sales and Procurement) who will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational capabilities. This individual will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies and procurement processes to drive efficiency and support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales and procurement efforts of the organization
- Manage sales team to identify and pursue and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Liaison works and negotations with stakeholders such as factories, suppliers, foreign buyers etc.
Assist with general invoicing and quotation works - Assist with management of team of workers in efforts to do waste collection, distribution, allocation, shipping and managing factory equipment
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across sales and procurement functions
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs
- Ensure all operations adhere to relevant environmental regulations and industry standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, with a focus on sales and procurement within the waste management or recycling industry
- Possess knowledge, experience or existing network to export processed waste materials
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and sustainability practices in waste management
