Events & Community Relations Management
• Gather information and to build relations with relevant regional and zonal stakeholders/ partners, and co-design resident engagement programmes for the Nursing Home
• To link assigned event to the overall communications plan and corporate objectives
Volunteer Management
• To enhance and grow the current volunteer programme and to improve on the current volunteer management system and to assist in volunteer activities.
Fundraising and Donations Management
• To provide on-site support to fund-raising targets and events planned by organisation, plan and organize events to meet fundraising targets
• To strategize and value-add to the donor management system and to assist with maintaining/improving relationships with donors.
Publications: Print/Electronic
• To plan the appropriate content and visual of corporate presentation slides which promote/convey the desired corporate image of the Nursing Home, and also to promote the Nursing Home Services.
Media Management
• To assist management in handling media enquiry and feedback so that accurate information and information promoting/conveying the desired corporate image of the Nursing Home can be extended to the journalists.
• To assist management in initiating positive stories to the media
Corporate Image
• To ensure consistency in the application of corporate image in all communications materials/platforms and to ensure positive public image through appropriate media, corporate activities, publications and other marketing strategies.
• To assist in the development/update and implementation of the desired corporate image and branding.
Public Relations and Internal Communications
• To handle public and patients feedback with appropriate (verbal/written) responses
• To Discern sensitive issues and offer reasonable counsel/suggestions to solve the problem or handle the situation
• To disseminate information to relevant stakeholders and effectively manage external and internal communications.
• To handle administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer, including secretariat support for management meetings.
Job Requirement
• Min Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
