Job Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and develop tailored sales strategies to attract prospective students through various channels, including online marketing, events and partnerships.
- Supervise, mentor and provide leadership to the student recruitment, ensuring individual and team performance meets set targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align recruitment campaigns with overall brand positioning and marketing efforts, including social media, events and lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international educational agents, schools and other partners to increase the flow of prospective students.
- Represent MindChamps at recruitment fairs, school visits and other promotional events to build awareness and convert leads into enrollments.
- Track recruitment activities, measure success against KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage relationships with prospective students and their families throughout the recruitment process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis and new opportunities in the early childhood education sector to refine recruitment strategies and maintain competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, student recruitment or business development in the higher education sector is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/recruitment targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in managing and motivating a team of sales professionals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students, families and stakeholders.
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on data and trends.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM tools and using social media for recruitment purposes.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a diverse environment.
