Responsibilities:
- Lead complex repair projects for electric commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s standards.
- Guide and train junior technicians, ensuring the team’s technical proficiency and repair quality.
- Assist in optimizing after-sales service processes to enhance overall service efficiency.
- Maintain communication with clients to resolve vehicle issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of automotive repair experience, with preference given to those with expertise in electric vehicles or new energy commercial vehicles.
- Proficient in the principles and maintenance methods of key electric vehicle components such as batteries and drive systems.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to handle urgent repair needs under pressure.
- A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to respond promptly to client issues.
