Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and follow all relevant operating procedure
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily matters.
- Plan orders to meet customer shipment and collection requirements.
- Collect data and prepare accurate reports as necessary.
- Oversee cycle count administration.
- Ensure that all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and promptly.
- Confirm that all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Implement initiatives for process improvement.
- Report any non-conformances in receiving to the Executive.
- Lift items weighing approximately 15-20 kg as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting heavy objects and managing job tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external customers.
