What you will be working on
CPF Board has a robust corporate development team that covers diverse functions crucial for business success. The opportunities in Finance, Audit, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Organisation Development reflects a comprehensive approach to supporting and advancing the organisation's goals.
For potential candidates, this offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Board’s growth and success. You will drive change through leadership and organisation development, symbolising a dynamic and forward-thinking culture within the Board.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive leadership and organisational change initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement leadership and organisation development curriculum across various leadership tiers, aiming to optimise performance in alignment with both business and organisational goals. This involves analysing, designing, and delivering milestone programmes, showing leadership and organisation development initiatives to support the organisation’s objectives.
- Serve as the learning partner for senior management, focusing on tailoring leadership development solutions to address the unique challenges and aspirations of our senior leaders.
- Facilitate development programs for diverse internal stakeholders, ranging from first-time managers to C-level executives.
- Stay up to date of leadership and organisation development practices and approaches, advancement in learning design and technology, as well as issues in public policy and governance.
What we are looking for
We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.
- Relevant experience in the area(s) of leadership development, learning development or equivalent.
- Experience in organisational development and possess a deep understanding of enhancing workplace effectiveness and performance
- Experience in curriculum development, complemented by hands-on experience in instructional design and facilitation of leadership and organisational development initiatives.
- Good knowledge of leadership development interventions, including but not limited to 360 feedback exercises, coaching, and mentoring, reflecting a holistic approach to leadership enhancement.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, displaying organisational savvy and adaptability to flex style and approach in diverse and complex situations.
- Highly motivated self-starter with good analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- A strong team player, organised, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
