AlwaysHired is mandated by our distinguished client in the logistics sector to recruit for Customer Service Officer (multiple headcounts). The work location will be based in the west region across a few different areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Warehouse activities
- Handle customers enquires across all touch points (email, hotline)
- Generate Pick list and Packing list from Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Perform customer system SAP for inbound and outbound activities
- Liaise with the internal operations team to meet customers’ requirements
- Inventory reconciliation between customer system and WMS
- Billing
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as may be required
- Fresh graduates can be considered
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/'O'/Diploma
- Singaporeans only
- Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate with regional Chinese-speaking customers
