Drive sales growth in the Food Service Channels by district planning, hunting, and developing new accounts to expand the distribution of products as well as servicing and increasing current customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve monthly set sales targets for assigned accounts in Food Service Channel.
- To hunt for new accounts by districts, sub-channels and expand distribution of products.
- To service and increase the % growth of current accounts.
- To update weekly on the prospect accounts and actionable plans with clear timeline
- To work closely with assigned accounts to ensure sales and distribution are maximized to achieve monthly set targets.
- To work collaboratively with Marketing to ensure sales and brand objectives are met.
- Work closely with supply chain on stocks forecast to ensure stocks availability especially during peak seasons to meet sales and stock fulfilment targets.
- Work closely with Finance on billing issues and resolve outstanding accounts.
- Monitor and track trade spending to ensure within budget set.
- Any other projects assigned by management
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of Food Service experience in FMCG; Sales experience in food and beverage categories will be added advantage.
- Experience in developing strategies and plans to drive sales.
- Hands on project management skillset and disciplines to manage and drive topline.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and SAP platforms.
- Team player and independent, positive attitude, determined with Entrepreneur spirits & tenacity
- Good inter-personal communication and presentation skills
- Mature, strong analytical and concept crafting skills
- Eye for details, hands-on and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
