Service Assistant (Automotive)
Overview:
· 5.5-days work week (alternate Saturday);
Monday to Thursday : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Alternate Saturday : 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Great customers in a friendly and professional manner s they arrive at the service centre.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
