Job Description:As an Interior Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
- Create design concepts and layouts.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications.
- Select materials, and finishes.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- More than 3 years of experience in partition and ceiling chapter.
- Willing to work night and weekends.
- Control materials waste, down time, rework and wait time.
Qualifications:
- Diploma from a recognized design organization is a plus.
- Knowledge of partition and ceiling works.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
