Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's websites, social medias and all E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok etc.)
- Assist in planning & executing marketing strategies
- Handle all customers' feedback, complaints and queries
- Provide admin / sales support to the office
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level
- 1 - 2 years relevant digital marketing experience
- Good knowledge of various e-commerce platforms
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
