As a key member of the Public Relations team at MindChamps, you will collaborate closely across multiple functions to position MindChamps as a global leader in education. With our breakthrough education methodology, which has achieved patent programme status across three continents – the US, UK, and Australia – you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our public relations strategy. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility and credibility, amplifying MindChamps’ voice on the world stage, and ensuring our innovative educational messages resonate deeply with key stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Public Relations strategies and campaigns to elevate MindChamps’ brand presence across multiple markets.
- Create impactful and engaging content for press releases, articles, social media, digital platforms, human interest stories, videos, and infographics, with a focus on differentiating MindChamps’ unique approach to education.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all external communications align with MindChamps’ mission and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, proactively identifying opportunities to highlight key milestones and securing positive media coverage.
- Provide strategic advice on media profiling and public appearances for executives, including our CEO and Global Chief Brand Officer.
- Manage crisis communications and be an integral part of the team responsible for handling sensitive issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including internal platforms.
What You’ll Need:
- Min 3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related fields, with a proven record of delivering successful Public Relations campaigns.
- Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that highlight MindChamps’ commitment to shaping future generations.
- Strong media relations experience, with a solid understanding of how to manage issues and crises effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires juggling multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing communication across various platforms, including digital and social media channels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee initiatives from concept to execution.
