- Provide expert technical advice to customers on pumps and their applications.
- Assist customers in pump selection by interpreting technical specifications and operational requirements.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to prepare detailed technical proposals and support the sales process.
- Manage the sales cycle from quotation through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Offer walk-in customers immediate technical assistance and product recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team of Application Engineers, ensuring high performance and technical proficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and providing post-sales support.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical role within the pump industry or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team.
- Experience in pump selection and application engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
