Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall warehouse management which includes handling, receiving, picking, issuing, storage, transfer, inventory control, labelling, release to production and/or customers materials and finished products accordingly to the defined quality specifications, policies and regulations
  • Ensure workplace safety standards, personal hygiene, sanitation, and good warehousing practices are adhered to and implemented.
  • Manage and organize effectively the storage space
  • Maintain, clean and upkeep of storage facilities and warehouse equipment and racks
  • Complete promptly and accurately all records and documentations required including keying in data in the system

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience in warehouse operations
  • Able to work 5.5 days
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word etc.
  • Able to operate pallet jet will be an added advantage.
  • A teamplayer, independent and work well in a startup environment
