Salary: $3000 - $3,500 (Base Salary)
Job Description:
- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process from posting of job advertisements, sourcing, matching to onboarding of candidates.
- Handle candidates regarding their employment questions.
- Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates.
- Brief and prepare candidates for the interviews to assist candidates in securing the right jobs
- Adhoc HR admin functions:
- Handling certain Payroll functions
- Hold interviews or meetings with clients and candidates
- Meeting with Clients regarding recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
