Reporting to the GM, you will oversee the Front Office Department to ensure a smoot and efficient day-to-day operations :
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective management of Front Office’s operations on a daily basis.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Overall responsibility for the department performance includes reservation control to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue. Optimizing upselling techniques etc.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Provide ongoing training and development for the front office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Controls manpower planning for the departments
- Any ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric with passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
- Possesses a diploma or degree in hospitality management
