Reporting to the GM, you will oversee the Front Office Department to ensure a smoot and efficient day-to-day operations :

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective management of Front Office’s operations on a daily basis.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Overall responsibility for the department performance includes reservation control to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue. Optimizing upselling techniques etc.
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the front office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Controls manpower planning for the departments
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric with passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
  • Possesses a diploma or degree in hospitality management
