- Audit outlets on receiving processing when required
- Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company's needs
- Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers
- Negotiate best price for goods and services without comprising quality
- To source for new / alternate supply on products and services
- Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers and colleagues at all level
- Assist in daily Outlet's operations
- Assist in managing purchasing information, systems and services
- Assist in monitoring and managing quality assurance systems
- Assist on ad-hoc project / assignments
Requirements:
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience preferably in F&B industry
- SAP experience will be added advantage
- Immediate starter is preferred
