Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination processes in compliance with legal requirements
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance - Handle payrolls, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement plans
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with company objectives and legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle audits and reporting related to HR functions
- Manage confidential employee information with discretion
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
- Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to optimize staffing levels
- Manage workplace injury claims and return-to-work programs
- Any matters which may require assistance
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Degree in HR discipline or any related
- At least 4 years of HR generalist/ full spectrum HR working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Well familiar with Singapore Employment Laws
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of internal staff
