ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle accounts receivable, ensuring daily processing of all invoices with proper supporting documents, and compliance with accounting principles and club SOPs before entering them into the Accounting System.
- Generate and send invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements.
- Set up monthly membership recurring charges and update absent membership fees.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and late payments.
- Assist members with billing inquiries.
- Process credit memos and refunds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Accounts Officer (Accounts Receivable).
