Administrative Assistant/Executive role:
- Managing calendars and schedule of appointments
- To assist and support the Admin Executive in the arrangement of travel and accommodation
- Coordinate and assist in day-to-day general administration and operational matters.
- Ensure all documentation and filling are done properly.
- To assist in monitoring office equipment and systems and maintaining inventories of stationery
- To ensure office pantries/stationery supplies are provided daily.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
