Roles & Responsibilities


Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Technician to perform service and maintenance for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on security equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
  • Respond to service calls when client requires for assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues faced by security system.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance / service work performed, including reports on repairs and replacements using our platform.
  • Able to plan service activities when assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations policies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electrical or an equivalent professional certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the security industry.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work and coordinate with clients and contractors in all work-related activities.
  • Good communication and organizational and skills.
  • Able to commit to after office hours duties when required and/or shift work.
  • Class 2A / 2B / 2 / 3 / 3A licence with transport are good advantage
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR / Malaysian are welcome
  • Onboarding training will be provided
