Main Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Technician to perform service and maintenance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance on security equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
- Respond to service calls when client requires for assistance.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues faced by security system.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance / service work performed, including reports on repairs and replacements using our platform.
- Able to plan service activities when assigned.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations policies.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electrical or an equivalent professional certificate
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the security industry.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Able to work and coordinate with clients and contractors in all work-related activities.
- Good communication and organizational and skills.
- Able to commit to after office hours duties when required and/or shift work.
- Class 2A / 2B / 2 / 3 / 3A licence with transport are good advantage
- Singaporean / Singapore PR / Malaysian are welcome
- Onboarding training will be provided
