The Opportunity: As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for legal recruitment consultants to join our dynamic team.
Working alongside our Private Practice and In-House consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving success through a variety of activities:
- Overseeing the full recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients, arranging interviews, negotiating salary packages, and conducting reference checks.
- Managing candidate relationships and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of experience in legal recruitment or executive search
- Capability to run searches independently and deliver candidates within realistic time frames.
- A consultative approach and relationship-driven mindset.
- Integrity, proactivity, organizational skills, analytical thinking and excellent time management.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative nature, and a team-player attitude.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of commercial acumen.
