Job Description:
- Manage a team of Project/Service Delivery Engineers.
- Provide leadership to the team and deliver KPIs set for the team.
- Accountable for insource services and renewal of managed services.
- Accountable for delivery of projects and incident management.
- Responsible for customer communication, project planning, coordination of various teams, tracking project progress, providing leadership to the team, manage and control risk till final delivery.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, identify new requirements and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above in IT/computer/software or related discipline, minimum 5 years of project management or solution delivery experience.
- Customer oriented, excellent systematic and critical thinking capabilities, ability to quickly grasp customer needs, and propose solution.
- Good leadership and people management.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong passion in technology.
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
- Preferably equipped with the latest cloud certification, like Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS.
