Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and expertise for post-sales activities related to Palo Alto Networks products, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Experience with other firewall solutions will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the deployment and configuration of Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions and other security products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation, addressing any issues related to network security and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including implementation guides, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Palo Alto Networks product updates to provide informed recommendations and support.
- Work closely with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with our solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with hands-on experience in Palo Alto Networks products or other firewall solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts, firewall configurations, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPNs, LAN/WAN) is a plus.
- Certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or equivalent are highly desirable.
