Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all facets of facilities management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Provide leadership to outsourced facility management and service contractors.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all M&E plants and building systems.
- Proactively initiate and implement solutions for existing and potential latent defects.
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to enhance design, optimize space utilization, and refine setup across the east precinct.
- Establish and maintain effective contract administration, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Develop and uphold a robust Work, Health, and Safety regime.
- Prepare comprehensive Board papers and presentation materials related to infrastructure and facility matters.
- Lead sustainability initiatives within the company, seeking innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to the annual preparation of Infrastructure and Facility Opex and Capex budgets, actively engaging in the company's Executive Budget Review process to ensure robust financial oversight.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in facilities management.
- Graduate Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related Technology field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing and leading teams.
- Experience managing diverse teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
- In-depth expertise in facility operations, maintenance, and security.
- Prior experience in managing multi-venue facilities is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in FM contract management, compliance, reporting, and client/government relations.
