Location: Toa Payoh
Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: Up to $3,300/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Check star rates built-up in accordance with established guidelines.
- Check valuation of variation works.
- Optionally, check computation of quantities by re-measurement for construction works
- Any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned.
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Qualification in Building, Quatity Surveying, Facilities, Construction, Engineering or any relevant field of study
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge in taking-off quantities & valuation of variation works
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
