We are seeking a motivated HR & Tech Intern to join The Edge Contracting Services. This role offers valuable insights into the human resources field, focusing on talent mapping, resourcing, and screening. Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in Information Technology or a background in tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Mapping: Assist in identifying and mapping potential candidates for various positions.
- Talent Resourcing: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various platforms.
- Screening: Participate in the initial screening of candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Learning: Gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Interest in IT: A strong passion for Information Technology or a technical background is preferred.
