As the Digital Transformation Lead within Prudential Singapore's initiatives, you bridge technology and business, driving digital innovation in collaboration with the Head of Transformation and partnering closely with Group and Local Technology teams. Your leadership focuses on aligning digital initiatives with strategic goals and optimizing tech capacity through direct and matrixed management of business product owners. Crucially, you lead the adoption of best practices in ways of working, ensuring the delivery of impactful digital solutions. Your role is vital in spearheading the digital transformation, ensuring execution excellence, and fostering strategic alignment between technology and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Digital Planning: Ensure that all strategic initiatives with enabled by technology has a clear digital strategy, ensuring the integration of digital technologies to drive business transformation and growth. You will lead this strategic journey, positioning Prudential Singapore as a lighthouse in ambitions of the company.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Along with the Head of Transformation, form strategic partnerships with Group and PACS technology teams, and Strategic Pillars to ensure collaborative efforts lead to the successful execution of digital initiatives. Your role in fostering these partnerships will be crucial for seamless integration and innovation.
- Digital Solution Leadership: Lead the pillars to define the vision and objectives for technology solutions alongside business/product owner teams, delivering solutions that meet strategic goals and enhance customer engagement. You will be the driving force behind these impactful digital solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with our business objectives.
- Technology Adoption and Implementation: Champions the adoption of new technologies and oversees digital projects to transform business processes and customer interactions. Your leadership in this area will spearhead the adoption of progressive and disciplined digital implementations, setting new standards for operational efficiency and effective business outcomes.
- Resource Management and Optimization: Assesses and strategically drive recommendations of resources for digital initiatives, optimizing technology capacity allocation. You will ensure the efficient and effective use of resources, maximizing the impact and success of digital projects.
- Risk Management and Governance: Identifies risks and ensures compliance with governance standards to minimize risks and uphold integrity in all digital initiatives. Your strategic risk management will safeguard our digital transformation efforts, ensuring they proceed without unforeseen challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engages stakeholders across the organization. You will strengthen our digital capabilities through your effective management and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.
- Change Management and Adoption: Ensures that change management efforts maximizes the adoption of new digital platforms. Your initiatives will drive both organizational and cultural adoption, ensuring widespread utilization and maximizing the impact of digital innovations.

Working Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in digital transformation or digital strategy roles, with evidence of leading significant digital projects to successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering collaboration between technology and business units, ideally within a financial services context or a similarly complex industry.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital innovation are a plus.
Professional Qualifications:
- Certifications in digital transformation methodologies, Agile project management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding and experience with digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and analytics platforms.
