We are looking Senior Manager Parts Coordination Management (m/f/d) to join our team.
The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg (Germany), but also Hørsholm (Denmark) or Pandan Crescent (Singapore) are possible location.
What you will be doing
As Senior Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the shipment and replacement procedures. More importantly you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction and training to inspire the parts team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently to ensure a flawless customer experience related to ANCS part deliveries. The team operates from various country locations among them Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Italy, USA, Singapore, Korea and China.
As PCM Manager you will:
• Provide overall leadership and administrative management for approximately 25 to 30 team members which includes:
o defining roles and responsibilities
o conducting performance reviews, development discussions and target settings
o participating in salary planning
o promoting professional growth through timely performance feedback, coaching, and counselling
• Work across teams on developing and implementing delivery processes, ensuring one global aligned way of working
• Work towards continuous process improvements and overall process compliance
• Support cost reduction efforts, and identify cost take out
• Organize reporting and controlling
• Define strategy and operational objectives for the team, clear team goals and KPIs
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge within the team
• Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for part deliveries
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment
• Cooperate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in accordance with business as well as quality, health, safety, and environmental guidelines

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 40%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
