Job Title: Admin Manager
Location: St. Hilda’s Primary School, 2 Tampines Avenue 3, Singapore 529706
Contract Duration: 21 October 2024 – 20 October 2025

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 5.15pm (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
  • Friday: 8.00am – 4.45pm (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)

Note: Personnel may be required to start earlier or later based on school needs, with corresponding adjustments to the end time.

Job Objective:

The Admin Manager will support school leaders by overseeing the operational, financial, procurement, and human resources functions within the school. The individual will ensure efficient execution of school processes by following prevailing policies, guidelines, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the school’s operations, ensuring processes are executed effectively and in compliance with relevant policies.
  • Manage and allocate the school’s budget and resources efficiently.
  • Utilize IT systems and technology to enhance operational processes and increase productivity.
  • Support school leadership in operational decision-making and process improvements.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred, especially in a managerial role:Finance
    Procurement
    Human Resources
    General Administration
    Project Management
  • Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams.
    Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
    Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with an understanding of operational contexts and timelines.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to use IT systems for school processes.
