- Work with doctor and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics' daily operations
- Fill up of insurance forms and prepare documents to assist in the patients' insurance claims.
- Cover all clinic duties.
- Oversee and ensure all premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards.
- Oversee all facilities and support operational matters. Enhance the operating efficiency of the clinic and bring about optimal service processes for the benefit of patients.
- Perform front desk duties such as attending to patient's registration, answering phone-calls for appointments and enquiries.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Experience in clinic operations and administering insurance claims/forms are required.
- Diploma with minimally 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Working location: Novena
- Working hours: Mon - Fri (9 am to 6 pm) and Sat (9 am to 1 pm)
