- Prepare audit access review reports for various IT systems
- Support the collation of data including following up with reporting entities as necessary
- Support the department’s knowledge management and record keeping effort
- Assist with the logistical arrangements for meetings and conferences (e.g. room booking, visitor registration, food catering, transportation).
- Assist with the procurement of services/IT/office equipment and space (e.g. contracts for mobile plans, event organisation and renovation)
- Other administrative matters (e.g. updating of contact lists, assisting with website changes)
Job Requirements :
- No working experience required
- Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
