- Work with stakeholders within the organisation, external healthcare institutions and external entities to explore and identify opportunities to leverage on data to drive business solutions.
- Support organisational reporting and dashboarding roadmap implementation.
- Apply Data Analytics and Operations Research knowledge to transform data into insights to drive optimisation and improvement of business strategies.
- Develop data processing automation through programming and other tools such as Robotics Process Automation to improve productivity.
- Participate in strategy formulation to enable and catalyse the department in meeting its KPIs.
- Maintain current organisational Enterprise Data Warehouse and plan for replatform to future Data Lake to enable stakeholder access to accurate and high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
