Logistic Officer
Project contract based (start from 29 Jan, estimated 27 months until project completion)
Work Location: Changi Naval Base, Project Office at Maude Rd (Geylang area)
Working days: 6 days 8am to 5pm
Salary: $2500 to $3500 (depends on experience)
Requirements
- Candidates possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry.
Job scope
- Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).
- Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.
- Verify purchases and storage of inventory.
- Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.
- Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.
- Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.
- Generation and verification of temporary passes.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.
