Service Solution Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Customer service solution sales and service contract based customer’s requirement and new bidding project.
  • Identify customer business pain points and requirements through collaboration with customers (insight into customers and project operations), and explore specific professional service leads and opportunities.
  • Understand customer pain points and requirements, explore and expand business opportunities, and design and provide service solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage opportunity pipelines, develop customer solutions and archive agreement with customer, like order target, market target, and sales profit target)
  • Participate in project strategy development, bidding, and negotiation, develop and implement the fulfilment & delivery strategies, mitigate fulfilment risks, and ensure the project deliverability.
  • Installed base management, find customer capturing potential service renew opportunities from customers' operation, maintenance, and delivery processes to match with the company’s existing solutions.
  • Organize and participate in project operations of the account dept, identify project risks and issues in a timely manner, drive project progress, comply with the corporate sales process, and ensure the success of sales projects.

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering or any relevant discipline with distinction.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional service solution sales as well as bidding management across different product domain, such as core network, cloud, network & etc, in ICT industry.
  • Experienced in handling service solution presentation, solution clarification, contract negotiation, pricing analysis with profitability & loss, risk mitigation and price sustainability
  • Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
