Our client, a private natural resource extraction & trading company with annual revenue of S$80 million is seeking for an Assistant Finance Manager.
As part of a 3-man team, the Director of Strategy Planning will be responsible for the strategy planning of the organization by conducting market research, formulating business strategies and implementation of strategic initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Strategy Planning will define Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and providing sustainability expertise to ensure that the company’s sustainability performance and initiatives are in line with industry best practices and corporate ESG targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Recognized Degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 10 years of working experience in strategy planning with at least 2 years in ESG/Sustainability roles
- Willing to travel to SEA, Africa and Europe
- Connections with network of government, business and technical partners
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts. Fluency in French is an additional advantage.
- Articulate with strong communication and presentation skills
